Restore Volume, Smooth Wrinkles & Enhance Your Natural Beauty

As we age, our skin naturally loses collagen, elasticity, and volume, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging. Dermal fillers offer a non-surgical way to restore lost volume, smooth out lines, and enhance your facial contours—all while keeping your results natural and balanced.

At Revamped Aesthetics, our expert injectors customize every filler treatment to enhance your unique beauty, ensuring you look refreshed, youthful, and never overdone

What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based injectables that add volume, smooth out wrinkles, and define facial features. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps retain moisture and plump the skin. Fillers are strategically placed to enhance key facial areas while keeping a soft, natural appearance.

Your Dermal Filler Appointment, Step by Step

Step one

Consultation with Sarah

Every filler appointment whether you're brand new or have had filler before starts with a real conversation. Sarah evaluates your facial anatomy, listens to your goals, reviews your medical history, and recommends exactly how much filler (and which product) you actually need. Often, the answer is less than you expected.

Step two

Product & Plan Selection

Based on your assessment, Sarah selects the right filler product for each specific area. Lip filler ≠ cheek filler ≠ tear-trough filler they require different products with different thicknesses, lift, and longevity. Different products for different jobs.

Step three

Numbing

We apply topical numbing cream for sensitive areas (especially lips and under eyes). Most modern fillers also contain built-in lidocaine, which numbs the area as it's injected.

Step Four

The Injections (15–30 minutes)

Sarah uses either a fine needle or a flexible cannula (depending on the area) to precisely place filler. The cannula technique is often preferred for cheeks and under the eyes because it dramatically reduces bruising risk. Most clients describe the discomfort as mild and very tolerable.

Step Five

Walk Out with Visible Results

You'll see immediate volume and smoothness though the area will look slightly fuller than the final result due to initial swelling. Some bruising is possible but uncommon with experienced injectors.

Step six

Personal Day-After Follow-Up

Sarah personally checks in with every client the day after the appointment to confirm everything looks good and answer any questions.

What to Expect After Your Filler Treatment:

  • Day 0: Immediate visible results — but expect to look slightly "puffy" or fuller than your final result

  • Days 1–3: Peak swelling. The area may feel firm, slightly tender, and look more pronounced than the final result

  • Days 4–7: Swelling drops noticeably. The filler begins to soften and integrate with your tissue

  • Day 14: Final settled result — this is what your "real" result looks like

  • Long-term: Results last 6 months to 1+ year depending on the area and product

Important: Don't Judge Results Before 2 Weeks

The single biggest mistake new filler clients make is panicking about how they look 24–48 hours after their appointment. Initial swelling, asymmetry, and "too much" feelings are NORMAL and usually resolve within 1–2 weeks. Wait until the 2-week mark before making any judgments about your result.

Who Performs Your Dermal Filler Treatment

Every dermal filler treatment at Revamped Aesthetics is performed personally by Sarah McCall, NP — a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience and advanced training in dermal filler injection technique.

This is especially important for filler. Filler is the highest-skill-dependent injectable service in the entire med spa industry. The same syringe of Juvéderm Voluma can create a beautiful, lifted cheek in trained hands — or a lumpy, overfilled, "done" look in untrained ones. The difference isn't the product. It's the eye, the anatomy knowledge, and the technique of the injector.

    • All dermal filler performed by a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    • Advanced injection technique training

    • Hyaluronidase on-hand for filler reversal if ever needed

    • FDA-approved authentic product only — no counterfeits, no gray-market sources

    • Complete medical history review and aspiration technique used at every injection point

    • Cannula technique used for cheeks and tear troughs to minimize bruising and vascular risk

  • ✔ "Less is more" — always — Sarah will under-treat slightly and have you back if you want more, before she'll ever overdo it on the first visit. This is the entire foundation of how we practice.

✔ Multi-brand product expertise — Most Owasso injectors carry one filler product line. Sarah is trained on Juvéderm, Restylane, AND RHA — and selects the right product for each specific area of your face based on its properties, not what's on the shelf.

✔ Cannula technique where appropriate — For cheeks and under eyes, Sarah uses flexible cannulas (instead of sharp needles) where appropriate. This dramatically reduces bruising risk and is significantly safer for areas near major blood vessels.

✔ Anatomy-first injection planning — Every injection point is selected based on your unique facial anatomy. No cookie-cutter "lip kit" or "cheek package."

✔ Personal day-after follow-up — Sarah texts every client the day after their appointment. Most med spas don't do this — Sarah does for every single client.

✔ Honest "no" when needed — If something you're asking for would compromise your natural look, Sarah will say so directly and offer an alternative. Your face long-term matters more than any single appointment.

Ready to Restore Without Looking Different?

The best dermal filler doesn't change your face. It restores what time has gradually taken: the cheekbones, the fuller lips, the rested eyes, the defined jaw. Every filler plan at Revamped Aesthetics starts with a real conversation about what you actually want never about how much we can sell you.

About Dermal Fillers at Revamped Aesthetics in Owasso

Dermal filler treatments at Revamped Aesthetics are performed by Nurse Practitioner Sarah McCall, who brings over 15 years of medical experience and advanced injection technique training to every appointment. Located at 201 S Main St #170 in downtown Owasso, Oklahoma, Revamped Aesthetics is a trusted destination for natural-looking dermal filler treatments including lip filler, cheek filler, tear-trough filler, jawline filler, chin filler, and nasolabial fold correction for clients throughout Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Claremore, and Skiatook.

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based injectables that restore lost volume, smooth fine lines and deep folds, and enhance facial features that have changed over time. Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body produces naturally, and your body's natural HA production drops significantly as you age, which is why faces gradually lose volume in the cheeks, develop hollows under the eyes, and form deeper lines around the mouth. Dermal fillers replace exactly what your body has lost using safe, biocompatible, fully reversible HA products.

  • At Revamped Aesthetics, we carry three premium HA filler families — Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA — so Sarah can select the right product for each specific area of your face. Different fillers have different thicknesses, lift, flexibility, and longevity, and the product that's ideal for plumping lips is not the same product that's ideal for restoring cheek volume. This multi-brand expertise is uncommon among Owasso injectors and ensures clients receive the right product, not just the only one available. For sensitive areas like cheeks and under eyes, Sarah uses flexible cannulas instead of sharp needles where appropriate — a more advanced technique that significantly reduces bruising and improves safety.

Most dermal filler results are visible immediately, settle fully at the 2-week mark, and last anywhere from 6 months to over 2 years, depending on the product and area treated. Common reasons our clients seek dermal filler include restoring mid-face volume in the cheeks, plumping and refining the lips, softening under-eye hollows, smoothing nasolabial folds and marionette lines, defining the jawline and chin, and softening sagging at the corners of the mouth. We also offer filler reversal using hyaluronidase for clients who've had previous filler elsewhere and don't love their results.

What sets dermal fillers at Revamped Aesthetics apart is our "less is more" philosophy — we'd rather under-treat slightly and have you back than ever overdo it on the first appointment. The goal is for you to look like a more rested, refined version of yourself, never "done." For natural-looking dermal fillers in Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and the surrounding Oklahoma areas, Revamped Aesthetics offers expert nurse-led care, multi-brand product expertise, transparent per-syringe pricing, and a 10% new-client discount on your first treatment.

FAQ’s About Dermal Fillers in Owasso

  • Filler is priced per syringe at Revamped Aesthetics. The per-syringe cost varies slightly by product family (Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA), and the number of syringes needed depends on the area and your goals. Lip filler typically uses 0.5–1 syringe. Cheek filler typically uses 1–2 syringes per side. We provide transparent per-syringe pricing at your consultation along with package pricing for multi-area treatments.

  • It depends on the product and area. As a general guide:

    • Lip filler: 6–12 months

    • Cheek filler: 12–24 months

    • Jawline/chin filler: 12–18 months

    • Tear-trough filler: 9–18 months

    • Nasolabial folds: 9–15 months Areas of the face that move more (lips) metabolize filler faster than areas that move less (cheeks). Your individual metabolism, lifestyle, and the specific product Sarah uses all factor in.

  • Not at Revamped Aesthetics. Sarah's approach is "less is more" — she under-treats slightly first and adds more if you want it, rather than overdoing it on the first visit. The goal is for you to look like a more refined version of yourself, never inflated or unnatural. If you've seen bad filler elsewhere, that's almost always the injector — not the product.

  • Yes — hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can be completely dissolved using a product called hyaluronidase. We keep hyaluronidase on-hand specifically for this purpose. While dissolving filler is rarely needed with experienced injectors, knowing the option exists provides genuine peace of mind. We also offer filler dissolving services for clients who have had filler elsewhere and no longer want.

  • We use topical numbing cream before injections, and most modern fillers contain built-in lidocaine that numbs the area as it's injected. For cheeks and under eyes, we often use a flexible cannula instead of a needle, which significantly reduces both pain and bruising. Most clients rate the discomfort as 2–4 out of 10.

  • All three are premium HA filler families, but each has slightly different properties:

    • Juvéderm: smooth gel, integrates beautifully, ideal for many areas (Voluma for cheeks, Volbella for lips)

    • Restylane: more particulate texture, excellent lift, ideal for cheeks (Lyft) and lips (Kysse)

    • RHA: "resilient hyaluronic acid" designed to move naturally with facial expression — ideal for dynamic areas of the face. Sarah will select the best product for your specific anatomy and goals during your consultation.

  • Mild swelling peaks at days 2–3 and significantly resolves within 5–7 days. Final settled results are visible at the 2-week mark. Do not judge your results before 2 weeks — initial swelling can make filler look like "too much" when it's actually exactly the right amount.

  • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after filler to reduce swelling and bruising. Avoid extreme heat (hot yoga, saunas, hot tubs) for 48 hours. Light walking is fine.

  • The goal is no. Sarah's entire approach is built around natural, gradual enhancement that has people saying "you look great" without being able to identify what's different. Subtle, refined, age-appropriate — not dramatic or obvious.

  • Yes — but timing matters. We recommend scheduling filler at least 2–3 weeks before the event to ensure all swelling has resolved and final results have settled. We do NOT recommend first-time filler the same week as a major event in case of bruising or swelling.

  • HA dermal fillers are among the most studied and safest cosmetic treatments available. They're FDA-approved, biocompatible (the same substance your body produces naturally), and fully reversible if ever needed. Risks are minimized by choosing an experienced, licensed injector who uses proper technique and authentic FDA-approved product.

  • Yes — Botox and filler are highly complementary and often combined in the same appointment. Botox relaxes muscles to smooth dynamic wrinkles. Filler restores volume and smooths static lines. Together, they're the most powerful non-surgical anti-aging combination available.

  • Yes — we offer filler dissolving services using hyaluronidase. We can dissolve previous HA filler that's overdone, lumpy, or just not right for your face, and then build back appropriately with a more natural-looking result. Schedule a consultation to discuss your specific situation.
